Direct mail automation

Direct mail automation for B2B outreach built on Google Maps data

MapsToMeetings automates the whole direct mail workflow: it reads your website to derive your ideal customer profile, pulls matching businesses from Google Maps, generates a personalised postcard per prospect and tracks what each recipient does after scanning their individual QR code.

Start with your domain

Enter your domain on the homepage – the analysis starts right away.

How the automation works

1. Your ICP from your own website

Enter your domain. We read the site and imprint, derive the head office location and map the offering to official Google business categories, which become the search terms. You can edit every category and the search area before anything is sent.

2. Recipient list from Google Maps

Instead of a bought list, addresses come from live Google Maps records: name, street, postcode, city, phone, website, rating and review count. Results are deduplicated, cached for reuse, and you select which businesses stay in the campaign.

3. Personalised postcards, generated per prospect

Choose a template, headline, message, accent colour, your logo and your sender photo (imported from your LinkedIn profile). Each card carries a personalised message and a QR code that is unique to one recipient. Print-ready files are exported per campaign.

4. A landing page per recipient

The QR code opens a page built for that one business: personalised message, short video, live chat and your meeting link, so a prospect can book a slot in the moment they are interested.

5. Analytics that close the loop

Every scan is recorded: when it happened, how long the visitor stayed, how far they scrolled, device, browser and region, plus events such as video plays, chat messages and meeting bookings – per prospect, in your dashboard.

Why automate direct mail instead of sending more cold email

  • Many local businesses on Google Maps have no personal business email address – messages to info@ rarely reach the managing director.
  • Email as a channel is saturated, and deliverability depends on filters you do not control.
  • In the EU, unsolicited commercial email is legally restrictive; addressed business mail is an established channel.
  • A physical postcard with a personal QR code is opened, and the scan tells you exactly who engaged.
